The problem studied based on the background is to see the condition of liquidity, solvency, and profitability to the financial performance of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of financial performance at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk in terms of liquidity ratios, solvency and profitability based on financial report data for 2016 to 2018. Based on the analysis and discussion, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's financial performance in terms of liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios experienced fluctuating results from 2016 to 2018. Current ratio and quick ratio have increased from 2016 to 2018. As for the total debt to total assets ratio and debt to equity ratio which increased in 2016 until 2017 and decreased in 2018. In addition, return on assets decreased in 2017 but not too significant and in 2018 increased, while return on equity decreased from 2016 to 2018. Overall, the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk in terms of liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios from 2016 to 2018 showed fluctuating results, so that the results of financial performance were not good. This research uses 10 books, 6 journals, and 6 websites. This research was guided by Zurlina Lubis and Arjuna Wiwaha.
