This study discusses the effect of Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share on stock prices in 3 Retail Trading companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share on stock prices. PT. Mitra Adiperkasa, Tbk, PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia, Tbk and PT. Matahari Department Store, Tbk. The analytical method used was SPSS version 23, the T test obtained a sigma value of 0.775> 0.05 for ROE, 0.016 <0.05 for NPM and 0.000 <0.05 for EPS. F test obtained the value of 33.583 with a significant level of 0,000 <0.05 at PT. Mitra Adiperkasa, Tbk. At PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia, Tbk obtained a value of 8.415 with a significant level of 0.001 <0.05. At PT. Matahari Dep Determination coefficient = 64.3% This means that all independent variables consisting of Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share are able to predict variations in the change of the dependent variable, namely the Share Price of 64.3% while for the remaining 35.7% explained by factors - factors that were not included in the study.
