ANALISIS PENGARUH LEVERAGE DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP LABA BERSIH PERUSAHAAN KONSTRUKSI PADA INDEKS LQ45 YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2016-2018

This research discussed about the influence of Debt Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Time Interest Earned and Quick Ratio to Net Income in construction companies on 2016-2018. the purpose of this reaseach is find out the influence of long-term debt and short-term debt on the construction company's net income.
T-Test earned value amount 1.040 with level significant 0.001 < 0.05 at Debt Ratio. At Debt to Equity Ratio amount 2.221 with level significant 0,054 > 0.05 at Time Interest Earned amount 3.807 with level significant 0.004 < 0.05 at Current Ratio amount 2.676 with level significant 0.025 < 0.05 at Quick Ratio amount 2.129 with level significant 0.062 < 0.05. F-Test earned value amount 1.040 with level significant 0.000 (p-value < 0.05) means hypothesis is accepted, or in other words Debt Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Time Interest Earned Current Ratio dan Quick Ratio influence toward the net income. Coefficient of determination obtained R Square value of 0.895 or 89.5% in construction companies at (PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk, PT PP (Persero) Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk), that means all independent variables consisting of Debt Ratio, Debt to Equty Ratio, Time Interest Earned, Current Ratio and Quick Ratio are able to predict variations in the dependent variable changes ie Net Profit of 89.5% while the rest is 10.5% can be influenced by other factors.
