This study discusses the Analysis of the Effect of Working Capital Turnover and Profitability on Company Values (Case Study on PT. Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk and PT.Mayora Indah Tbk Period 2013-2017). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital turnover (WCT) and profitability (ROA) on corporate value (PBV).

PT. Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk, PT. Mayora Indah Tbk 2018. A conclusive, comparative descriptive method. The analytical method used was SPSS version 24, the T-test obtained a sigma value of 0.577> 0.05 for WCT, and 0.784> 0.05 for ROA at PT. Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk. At PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk which obtained a sigma value was 0.753> 0.05 for WCT and 0.891> 0.05 for ROA. The F-test obtained a value of 0.204 with a significant level of 0.817> 0.05 at PT. Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk. At PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk produces a value of 2.671 with a significant level of 0.098 <0.05. The coefficient of determination = 2.3% at PT. Nippon Indosari Corporindo Tbk, meant necessary changes in PBV 97.7% influenced by WCT and ROA. At PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk The coefficient of determination = 23.9% meant necessary changes in PBV 76.1% influenced by WCT and ROA.
