From 48 companies in property sectors and real estate are taken 5 samples of property companies, they are PT Agung Podomoro Land, PT Alam Sutera Reaty, PT Ciputra Development, PT Lippo Karawaci dan PT Summarecon Agungm, Tbk. The research used monthly research data existed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) through Indonesian stock exchange (IDX). Jakarta Selatan. The research was conducted on January 2018 until April 2018.
The research used quantitative method, the research used statistic method procedures. The data processed by using statistic method procedures or the other ways of measurement. The source of the data used secondary data that is got from the other party in the form of documentation. Processed data or literature.
