PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk, PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk and PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food 2018. Conclusive method, descriptive comparative. The analysis method used is SPSS version 24, T-test earned the sigma value 0,716 > 0,05 for ROE, and 0,538 > 0,05 for EPS at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. At PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk the earned the sigma value 0,163 > 0,05 for ROE, and 0,092 > 0,05 for EPS. At PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food, Tbk the earned the sigma value 0,906> 0,05 for ROE, and 0,242 > 0,05 for EPS. F-test earned value amount 2,636 with level of significant 0,101 > 0,05 at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. At PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk earned value amount 50,565 with level of significant 0,000 < 0,05 and values amount 3,025 with level of significant 0,075 > 0,05 at PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food, Tbk. The coefficient of determination = 23,7% at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk meant necessary changes stock prices 76,3% influenced by ROE and EPS. At PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk The coefficient of determination = 85,6% meant necessary changes stock prices 14,4% influenced by ROE and EPS. Whereas, The coefficient of determination = 26,2%% at PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food, Tbk meant necessary changes stock prices 73,8% influenced by ROE and EPS.
