Failure in a banking can be measured through financial performance that is by analyzing the financial statements, so that investors can know the weakness and strength of bank health.
Research done by writing through the website and research time in March 2017 until August 2017. that the F test results simultaneously affect a number of one bank and which has no effect simultaneously a number of two banks. Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Non Performing Loan (NPL) test have partial effect with sig 0,572> 0,05 and 0,079> 0,05, while Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) can not partially influence with sig value 0.081> 0.05 on the BTN bank. Can not affect the three variables partially a number of two banks.
