The purpose this study to determine the effect of eanring per share (EPS) and dividend per share (DPS) simultaneously to the stock price. This research conducted at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. The time of the study conducted from March to July 2017. Research method through literature by studying literature, textbook or reading releted to the title of research. This study uses secondary data, where data is taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange and company website.
This study analysis the relationship between earning per share (EPS) and dividend per share (DPS) to stock prices. The method used is ratio analysis with vertical and horizontal methods. The result of this study indicate that partially earning per share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices and partially dividend per share (DPS) has no significant on stock prices.
