Abstract
This study discuses the issue of the influence of Return On Asset and Debt To Equity Ratio on Stock Price. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return On Asset and Debt To Equity Ratio on Stock Price of Automotive Company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2015-2019.
The study was conducted at Indonesian Stock Exchange Tower 2 1st Floor Jl. Jendral Sudirman Kav.52-53. When the research conducted from February to July 2020. The technique of selecting samples was by using purposive sampling with samples are 3 companies during 2015-2019. This study used the panel data regression analysis by E-views 9 software. Based on the result of study, show that for simultaneously the return on asset and debt to equity ratio has a significance impact to stock price. While for partial evaluation, return on asset and debt to equity ratio has no a significance impact to stock price.
