This research discussed about the influence of inflation and company performance to stock price at property sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2012-2016. The purpose of this research is find out the influence of company performance, particularly the financial performance referred to profitability ratio, which is ROE and the inflation toward the stock price.
PT Alam Sutera Realty, Tbk and PT Lippo Karawaci, Tbk, March 2017. Conclusive method, descriptive comparative. The analysis method used is SPSS version 23, linear regression equation: Ŷ = 23,736 + -1,328X1 + -523X2 for PT Alam Sutera Realty, Tbk. And Ŷ = 14,264 + 0,93X1 + -1,961X2 for PT Lippo Karawaci, Tbk. T-test earned the sigma value 0,370> 0,05 for ROE, and 0,846> 0,05 for Inflation at PT Alam Sutera Realty, Tbk. At PT Lippo Karawaci, Tbk earned the sigma value 0,993> 0,05 for ROE, and 0,0,425> 0,05 for Inflation. F-test earned value amount 0,406 with level of significant 0,672> 0,05 at PT Alam Sutera Realty, Tbk and values amount 0,734 with level of significant 0,734> 0,05 at PT Lippo Karawaci, Tbk. The coefficient of determination = 4,6% at PT Alam Sutera Realty, Tbk, meant necessary changes stock prices4,6% influenced by ROE and inflation. Whereas, the coefficient of determination = 4,6% at PT Lippo Karawaci, Tbk, meant necessary stock prices3,6% influenced by ROE and inflation. Therefore, ROE and inflation did not have any considerable influenceonnecessary changes stock price at property sector companies.
