PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, PROFITABILITAS DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR BASIC MATERIALS YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, and leverage calculated sequentially with the current ratio, return on equity, and debt to equity ratio on stock returns of basic materials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2019. Basic sector companies materials listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019 are the population in this study and a sample of 13 companies was obtained using purposive sampling technique as the method of determining the sample. The type of data used is secondary data obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05 using Eviews 11 software. The results show that liquidity has no significant effect on stock returns, profitability has a significant positive effect on stock returns, leverage has no significant effect on stock returns, and liquidity. profitability, and leverage have a significant effect on stock returns.
